WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING?
Abbey vets – We use Fortis Vets for both CPD and Recruitment services and have done for a number of years however, since their services went online via their hub and more content became available, we have LOVED the opportunity to subscribe and make use of the courses, workshops. A couple of our team have a personal subscription but we also buy bulk team webinars for the benefit of everyone. Also great to have your money off recruitment and they never fail to find us excellent locums and the perm vet we contracted last year. Very happy
What’s the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your membership at any time but if you do so your directory page will be removed from our listing and you may not benefit from the uses and connections made by joining. Reimbursements will only be issued if you put your request in writing to us within the 1st month of your registration. Any time after the 1st month of your membership will be considered an active membership and no refunds will be issued.
If you wish to claim money back on any of the courses or content provided on this side outside of your membership fees and for reasons that may vary case to case, please contact the team in course sales and they will advise how we can help. This may be, that you have purchased an attending course and can no longer attend so you wish to forfeit your place and be reimbursed your funds. We understand these instances occur and as each course is provided by an independent provider we have to consider the providers policies as well as our own before refunds can be issued. We hope you understand.
If you have purchased any literature or course work that you did not wish to purchase or it was an accidental purchase, you have 24 hours to request a full refund or you can ask for a transfer for an alternative content swap and either be reimbursed the difference or pay the extra.
Can we keep the content if we chose to cancel our membership?
Yes, of course. Anything you purchase is for the use of you and / or your team members so once it is yours it is yours forever.
Where can I find the terms and conditions of your package inclusive?
If you are a paid and active member of our directory, once you join with us, we will send through a copy of all our terms and conditions that relate to all aspects of our packages and services. For instance, our recruitment terms and conditions are full pages that detail our fee structures, rebate structures and payment timelines.
